Big goals require big action. Feeding 9 billion people by 2050 requires helping smallholder farmers who make up 90% of the farmers in emerging economies. We're partnering with key stakeholders to improve their access to the seeds, crop protection, and digital technologies they need to improve their productivity and their livelihoods. Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) peers to connect in meaningful ways. BRGs are market-facing groups that raise employee engagement and strengthen the leadership talent pipeline.

Globally, we also have active groups across all regions, but some are more formalized such as in Brazil, with six (6) active groups.

Membership for BRGs is open to any employee (you need not be a member of the affiliate group to join) and any employee can join and become a member of one or all BRGs.
