We re hiring for EH&S Specialist to join our team in Mozzanica, Lombardy, Italy.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

You will be part of EHS&S team, and you will be involved and lead all activities and action plans related to Personal Safety and Industrial Hygiene issues according to the company s and local legislation s requirements, in support of our RSPP.

Your Challenge:

• Implement and manage Personal Safety and Industrial Hygiene policies and plans with a view to continuous improvement.
• Identify risk factors, perform risk assessments, and identify safety measures for the workplace according to current legislation and based on specific knowledge of the company s organization.
• Be responsible for Contractor Safety and Supplier Management Action Team. Lead contractors induction training. Asking contractors for safety documentation, performing the coordination inspection and audit at field. Drafting the DUVRI (Document on the assessment of risk from interference).
• Planning, preparing, and delivering training in health and safety to employees and contractors. Make proposals concerning information and training programs (trainer activities as defined under Legislative Decree 81/08).
• Ensure Exposure Assessments & Management. Updating the site's industrial hygiene schedule.
• Carrying out regular inspections of workplaces to check they are healthy. Develop preventive and protective measures and the control systems of such measures.
• Drawing up the site emergency plan and managing evacuation drills.
• Develop safety procedures for various business activities.
• Working alongside external consultants to prepare specific risk assessments, providing the information needed for such activities.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• Degree in technical field. ASPP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, specialized in the field of Personal Safety, Industrial Hygiene.
• Analytical skills and team working. Intentional attitude for supporting and guiding the others in their efforts to change and achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Fluency Italian is required.
• Good understanding of the English language
