  • About Us
We’re Growing What Matters on Purpose.

Every one of us plays a role in our shared purpose: to enrich the lives of those who produce and those who consume, ensuring progress for generations to come. We do that by living by our values at work and at play:

    Enrich Lives

We commit to enhancing lives and the land. As leaders, we pursue a purpose that goes beyond our immediate interests to benefit society.

    Stand Tall

We are leaders who act boldly. We accept the challenges that confront our industry as our own and will step up to ensure that agriculture progresses and thrives.

    Be Curious

We innovate relentlessly. We accelerate our pace of innovation to create solutions that will deliver abundant high-quality food, now and for the future.

    Build Together

We grow by working together. We embrace diversity and collaboration in order to build one company and reach out across the food system, creating shared value.

    Be Upstanding

We always do what's right, maintaining high ethical standards and conducting business safely and transparently.

    Live Safely

We embrace safety and the environment in all we do.

    We're Taking Responsibility

Our commitment to corporate social responsibility starts with our heritage and strengthens through our inclusive, transparent culture and our authentic desire to collaborate.

    We're Making an Impact

Big goals require big action. Feeding 9 billion people by 2050 requires helping smallholder farmers who make up 90% of the farmers in emerging economies. We're partnering with key stakeholders to improve their access to the seeds, crop protection, and digital technologies they need to improve their productivity and their livelihoods. Here are some of the strides we've already made with our partners this year.

  • Culture/Vision
As the world’s only major agriscience company completely dedicated to agriculture, we’re building a culture that stays curious, thinks differently, acts boldly, and takes a stand on what’s right for our customers, our co-workers, our partners, and our planet. We know we’ve got big challenges to solve - we hope you'll be part of the solution.

Growing Our Business Starts With Focus

What does a 200-year-old agriculture start-up actually do every day? We stay laser-focused on solving agriculture's biggest challenges. We come to work ready to drive innovation in seed solutions, crop protection, and digital solutions for the entire agriculture lifecycle.

    Seed Solutions

We’re discovering new seed and trait technologies to meet the needs of a growing population whose demand for higher farm productivity is critical.

    Crop Protection

We’re reducing risks, improving efficiency, and increasing farmer control over pests, weeds, and diseases.

    Digital Agriculture

We’re building the software and digital services growers need to increase productivity and maximize their potential.

“The work we are doing in R&D is directly translatable to a farmer’s field. Digital Ag is already disrupting the Ag economy and we are discovering, testing and validating these technologies within our R&D operations as a way to prove their value and hone our predictive accuracy."

    - Neil Hausmann Ph.D, Corteva Agriscience™

    Intern Testimonials

My experience with Corteva allowed me to work with team members who are doing exactly the type of work that aligns with my passion and skill set. Receiving validation that my dreams and goals are attainable was an incredibly valuable experience that left me energized and excited to begin my career with Corteva Agrisciece.

The most rewarding part of my internship was the opportunity to spend two weeks in York, NE for the Corteva Showcase, attended by leaders in agriculture from all over the state. These experiences have positively impacted my future career plans and I use the knowledge and skills from the internship as a student and future employee in agriculture.

    – Trevor, Commercial Sales Intern

Corteva Agriscience exposed me to all aspects of manufacturing and has created a large network of contacts for me that are able to provide career mapping advice. I have broadened my interest in future jobs.
