Production Technician

What You'll Do:

· Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, stack, and store materials within the warehouse and production areas.

· Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations by ensuring accurate material handling and inventory movement.

· Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.

· Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, and storing incoming materials according to warehouse procedures.

· Prepare and stage materials for production, shipment, or internal transfers.

· Support inventory counting activities and ensure inventory accuracy within assigned warehouse locations.

· Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping standards in accordance with safety requirements.

· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while performing material handling activities.

· Coordinate with warehouse, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Education:

• Technical education, logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields preferred.

What You Need:

• 4 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
• English language is a plus
• Valid Forklift Operator License/Certificate.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold/wet/dry).
• Ability to lift up to 22,67 kg and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, warehouse systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and operational procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts when required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
• Understanding of warehouse safety and material handling best practices.
