Job Description:

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our in-house marketing communications agency. This position plays a vital role in supporting integrated campaigns that span programmatic, endemic, native, print, radio, and TV channels. The ideal candidate will bring a performance-first mindset, an eye for detail, and the technical capabilities to execute complex media plans from launch to post-campaign analysis.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, tracking, optimizing, and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns designed to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion across Corteva's U.S. Crop Protection, Seed, and Specialties portfolios. This includes digital platforms like Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, LinkedIn—as well as traditional media buys.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration, data fluency, and experience managing media buys across diverse platforms and formats. If you are a strategic doer with a passion for media innovation in both digital and traditional spaces, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Media Strategy, Buying & Execution

  • Support paid media campaign development across digital and traditional platforms:
    • Programmatic: Display, OTT/CTV, audio, video
    • Endemic & Native: Ag publishers, sponsored content
    • Traditional: TV, radio, print
  • Partner with paid media strategy manager and marketing communications managers to align campaigns with business and audience goals
  • Traffic the creative design for paid media buys
  • Work with external vendors and internal teams to execute media buys, manage flighting, and monitor deliverables

Implementation & Tracking

  • Set up tracking infrastructure:
    • Build and manage UTM parameters, pixels, and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.
    • Ensure end-to-end visibility across paid media and downstream lead activity
  • Assist with media trafficking and QA to ensure flawless execution
  • Collaborate with analytics team to ensure consistent tagging for dashboards and reporting

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Conduct ongoing media performance analysis and optimization
  • Recommend adjustments to targeting, placements, creative, and bidding strategies
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and vendor dashboards
  • Identify and share insights, learnings, and opportunities to increase effectiveness

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing communications, content, creative, and analytics teams to support integrated campaign goals
  • Communicate results and recommendations in both technical and business terms
  • Participate in regular calls and meetings with internal stakeholders and agency partners


What You'll Need:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in the field of marketing, advertising, public relations, or agriculture communications.

Experience:

Two or more years of experience executing digital and/or traditional media campaigns

  • Proficiency in media platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Basis)
  • Familiarity with traditional media buying (TV, radio, print) and media planning process
  • Working knowledge of tag management and tracking systems (Adobe Launch, CID building, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM frameworks)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience with ag-specific or B2B media channels, including endemic publishers
  • Knowledge of marketing funnel strategy and campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, reach)
  • Familiarity with media buying platforms, creative specs, and trafficking best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
