We're hiring a Quality Supply Coordinator

Your Challenge

• Responsible for each seed lot/batch of the site is precisely and timely characterized and is placed on the right storage location in SAP in line with the regional guidance.
• Provide support at frequent planning EU meetings (incl. preparation of Meeting Notes).
• Manage semi-finished interplant shipments incl. Cond Dates update in Sourcing Plan and planning communication with sending and receiving locations.
• Update Seed Reservation in SAP +A4E planning tools on a batch level based on technical complete information for conditioning/ finishing/re-cert Process Orders.
• Manage the Quality Variance process for both final or interplant release
• Provide timely and accurate reporting regarding units produced, conditioned, re-bagged, bagged, reserved, and discarded.

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• Min 3 years experience in seed business
• Production and quality management experience
• Computer skills, incl. SAP and MS-Office
• Strong analytical and presenting skills; team player
• Ukrainian and English language
