We're hiring for an Intern in the Maintenance Department

As an intern, you will support the ongoing development of our digital asset management system, with a focus on critical instrumentation. You will be involved in the review and update of technical documentation, the completion of missing asset data, and the harmonization of information within the CMMS.

This role offers a concrete opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, maintenance and data management, contributing to the digital transformation of our maintenance processes.

Your Challenge (responsibilities):

• Feed and maintain the asset management system with up-to-date data related to critical instrumentation
• Review and update technical documentation (equipment dossiers) to ensure compliance and completeness
• Identify and retrieve missing technical information from manuals, suppliers, or field inspections
• Collaborate with the instrumentation and maintenance teams to ensure accurate equipment tagging and classification
• Interface with the CMMS platform to ensure correct data alignment and support asset traceability
• Contribute to improving data quality and reliability of the technical asset database through structured analysis
• Participate in technical field verifications to validate instrumentation records and documentation

You will play a key role in building a robust digital foundation for asset management excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

• The intern will work with the maintenance, production and EHS&S team

• Related engineering degree
• English B2
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
• Ability to understand P&I
• Basic knowledge on CMMS
• Team working skills
