Come join our team in the role of Customer Service System SME - Seed!

The System and Work Process SME provides expert-level SAP system and business process support for teams executing order management across North America Customer Service. This role requires advanced knowledge of SAP and order management workflows, with a strong focus on issue resolution, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary resource for SAP system and work process expertise within the order management function.
• Identify and recommend system or process changes based on evolving customer or business needs.
• Lead or contribute to system configuration changes to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.
• Partner with Customer Service leaders to ensure teams are trained and proficient in SAP and related business processes.
• Act as focal point to lead or participate in system upgrades and enhancements, providing expertise in testing, training and implementation.
• Establish and share best practices across teams to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying system knowledge and process insights.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience with SAP in a customer service or order management environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead testing and implementation of system changes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to train and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading or supporting system upgrades and process improvement projects.
• Must have experience using Microsoft Applications
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to be versatile and flexible with team members, business partners and customers, while effectively influencing others and managing outcomes.
• The ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customer and company requirements while acting in a professional manner.
