Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Sales Excellence Associate. This role will focus on embedding the individual into important elements of the NA Sales Excellence team and associated interactions with the commercial business.  Specifically, managing a broad content portfolio and all pre and post communications for a series of training events for sales employees and sales reps throughout North America. 

What You'll Do:

Organization, maintenance, branding of training content:

  • Updating and upgrading content to reflect consistent themes.
  • Continually researching available content to find what is relevant and can be tailored to augment our existing core curriculum.
  • Continually adding relevant examples from learner and leader constituents.
  • Finding new ways of illustrating key training concepts.

Prescriptive Learning Coordination:

  • Manage contracts with key partners and associated payment process.
  • Manage communication to Prescriptive Learners.
  • Driving engagement in Prescriptive Learning - highlight videos, communications with participants and leaders, gamification, score boarding - creative ideas to drive engagement with the content.

Promotion, Coordination, and Organization of Training Events:

  • Assigning content to new employees and tracking their engagement and follow-up by leaders. 
  • Capture testimonials from "raving fans."
  • Promote the Sales and Agronomy Excellence learning opportunities.
  • Develop centralized training hub (SharePoint site) to serve as a one-stop shop for registration and coordination of training events.

Communication Cadence of Better Practices:

  • Identify and analyze skill challenges to develop and share best practices within the learning community.
  • Package case study solutions into a regular cadence of communication with stakeholders.
  • Create bi-weekly (less than 2 minute) videos that share better practices with registered learners.

KPI's and Reporting:

  • Generating regular reports on training event status and performance and communicating those up and down in the organization.
  • Establish KPI's and assessments to measure the pre and post impact of training events.

What Skills You Need:

  • B.S. or B.A. in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of commercial business will need to be trained / acquired through working directly with Sales Excellence team and key stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage project tasks, timelines, and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thoroughness in project documentation, quality control, and monitoring.
  • Using creativity to spark interest and engagement.
  • Capability to create and present project status reports and updates.  Proficiency with MS Excel. 
  • Handling administrative tasks related to project coordination.
  • Skills to facilitate teamwork and resolve conflicts when necessary.
  • Experience in editing videos and adding creative spin to this important communication tool.
