We are looking to fill multiple based out of multiple locations in Saskatchewan. The term of employment is approximately April 27th through August 28th, 2025. As a Technical Sales Summer Intern you will work with the Corteva Agriscience Sales Team (Brevant Seeds, Pioneer Seeds and Corteva Crop Protection). You will gain experience and training on both the seed and crop protection pillars of our business throughout the summer, while being mentored by current Territory Managers.
You will contribute by helping us bring innovative products and practices to our customers. You will be involved in product launches, tracking field trials/tours, maintaining demo plots, and day-to-day territory sales work to help prepare you for your career in agriculture. You will sharpen your interpersonal and communication skills while working closely with our internal sales team, retail partners, and end user customers. This will be your opportunity to learn more about canola seed hybrids, crop protection products, weed identification and management options, plus other transferable skills including time management, decision making and problem solving.
We're looking for people who possess exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivation, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a collaborative nature are critical to success in this role. An understanding of farm practices and a background in agriculture are an asset but not required. Applicants should be passionate about agriculture and pursuing a diploma or degree in agriculture or a related field. Applicants with a farm background that are pursuing a degree in business are also encouraged to apply.
Living in one of the target areas or willing to relocate is beneficial. A valid driver's license, and a good driving record are requirements.
