We operate as one Corteva to build an engaged, unified workforce. We are committed to offering programs such as networking, mentoring, skill building, and other support for our employees. Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) peers to connect in meaningful ways. BRGs are market-facing groups that raise employee engagement and strengthen the leadership talent pipeline.

Globally, we also have active groups across all regions, but some are more formalized such as in Brazil, with six (6) active groups.

Membership for BRGs is open to any employee (you need not be a member of the affiliate group to join) and any employee can join and become a member of one or all BRGs.
