You’ll provide hands-on support while mentoring the team in tools like Power Platform, Python, and advanced Excel scripting.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline payroll operations.
• Support and mentor the team in using:
  • Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online.
  • Advanced Excel: VBA and/or Office Scripts.
  • Python: For data analysis, automation, and light deployment tasks.
• Collaborate on improving data quality, reconciliation processes, and reporting.
• Document and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

• Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar.
• Eligible for internship or available for a short-term contract.
• Hands-on experience (academic or internship) with:
  • Power Automate & SharePoint.
  • Advanced Excel and VBA or Office Scripts.
  • Python for analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Professional Spanish and technical reading proficiency in English
