We’re hiring for Commercial Effectiveness Leader - Italy to join our team in Cremona, Lombardy, Italy.

Your Challenge:
- Sales Model Optimization:
Continuously assess and challenge the sales model adopted to ensure the maximum effectiveness to seize all the growth opportunities offered by the market and to adapt to the changing sales environment. Maximize the concentration on sales activity, removing the unneeded distractions. - Sales Force Structure Optimization:
Assess the sales team structure and the territory coverage to ensure the best organization to deploy our current and future product portfolio potential. Recommend and implement changes to maximize market reach and efficiency. A key component of the project will involve developing a robust customer segmentation strategy to adapt and optimize the commercial operating model. - Sales Performance Monitoring:
Continuously track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. The analysis is based on specific KPIs for each business, defined according to market characteristics, the sales cycle, and strategic objectives. This approach enables to timely identify areas for improvement, optimize commercial resources, and support data-driven decision-making. Support Sales Managers in defining the parameters that will be used to establish a variable component of the sales representatives’ compensation package. - Gap Analysis & Training:
Identify skill gaps within the sales force and design targeted technical training programs to address these needs, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The resource will be expected to dedicate part of his time to working closely with both junior and senior sales professionals, providing hands-on support and acting as a coach to foster individual development and enhance overall sales capabilities. - Customer Centricity:
Manages Customer engagement and experience monitoring. This resource will play a key role in developing a Customer-centric culture by working closely with senior marketing and sales leaders to help build and embed this culture across the organization. - Sales Enablement Tools Implementation:
Partner with the regional team to support the rollout and adoption of sales enablement tools aimed at enhancing sales productivity and effectiveness. - Digital Strategy Support:
Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s digital strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
You will work effectively across all departments within the company, fostering a spirit of collaboration and mutual support.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- Proven experience in commercial effectiveness, sales operations, or a similar role within a sales-driven organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset and the capacity to build productive relationships that contribute to shared goals and cross-function teams
- English C1 level required
- Travel within Italy for events or meetings when necessary
