Corteva is recruiting a Manufacturing technology/Improvement engineer

The purpose of this role is to support all internal and external Biologicals facilities within EMEA with improvements in the areas of technology, supply chain, and chemistry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete BLAST projects in the improvement space (BLAST process training will be provided via a mentor)

• Work with PTEC to become proficient with formulation chemistry

• Assist plants with formulation troubleshooting

• Support internal and external plants with technology transfer

• Provide technical expertise to plants regarding technological changes and improvements

• Lead multi-function teams

• Track plant performance data and look for improvement opportunities

• Evaluate and implement Management System improvements

• Travel to facility locations in the Spain, Turkey and south Africa as required to support plants

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Engineering

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience

• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to travel throughout EMEA

• Ability to travel as needed (generally this would be less than 1 week per month on average, but could be more during start-ups or extensive troubleshooting)
