Melinda Mullenix recently joined Farms.com/AgCareers.com as the Human Resources Services Manager. In this role, she divides her time to cover human resources services for Farms.com while dedicating the other part of her time to further expanding AgCareers.com HR Services. Melinda joined Farms.com and AgCareers.com with more than nine years of experience in the human resources field.
Melinda was most recently employed with Wells Fargo and Company as an Employee Relations Consultant. Prior to that, Melinda held a number of roles within the Human Resources team at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. Melinda is an active member in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Fund in Iowa, the NAACP Des Moines Chapter of ACT-SO and holds administrator status for both Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and DDI’s Targeted Selection interviewing tool. Melinda obtained a Masters of Business Administration – Emphasis on Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management – Emphasis in Marketing from Simpson College.
