At Scoular, we are dedicated to developing young talent to support our customers and partners around the world.  Scoular interns gain real life experiences while learning the ins and outs of our businesses and solutions.   During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by building relationships with customers, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain Management or related field

  • Interested in a career where you can grow a business and collaborate across departments

  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to network and leverage existing relationships

  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • A strong communicator with a customer service mindset

  • Comfortable working in high volume environment

  • Quick to identify a problem and find the best solution

  • Curious and creative, being flexible and innovative in your approach

  • A natural leader with experience leading in clubs, athletics, projects, or student government

  • Active in the community giving back on campus, your hometown, or on a global scale


What you will do:


Scoular’s Supply Chain Internship immerses you in a challenging, fast-paced environment to purchase, and transport ingredients worldwide. By leveraging our complex agricultural supply chain across industries, you will:



  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

  • Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.

  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and contacts for outreach.

  • Learn the logistics and supply chain management of international food ingredient distribution  

  • Gain an understanding of risk management and its impact on the business  

  • Analyze market conditions and other economic factors 

  • Develop and maintain customer, service provider, and supplier relationships

  • Own and manage a project throughout the summer and present your experience, learning and recommendations to key leaders
