Program overview:

At Scoular, we are dedicated to developing young talent to support our customers and partners around the world.  Scoular interns gain real life experiences while learning the ins and outs of our businesses and solutions.   During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by gaining hands-on experience in the field of business development, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree

What you will do:

Scoular’s Merchandising Internship immerses you in a challenging, fast-paced environment to purchase, sell, and transport ingredients worldwide. By leveraging our complex agricultural supply chain across industries, you will:

• Collaborate with a team of merchandisers to purchase and sell commodities


• Learn the logistics and supply chain management of commodities


• Gain an understanding of risk management and its impact on the business


• Analyze market conditions and other economic factors


• Develop and maintain customer relationships with end-users and suppliers


• Own and manage a project throughout the summer and present your experience, learning and recommendations to key leaders
