Job Description: DescriptionPosition overview

The purpose of this role is to assign accountability for the end-to-end Supply Chain Processes. This position is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of supply chain production results, characterization of commercial inventory, and inventory movements in SAP based on quality information.

This position will also coordinate the frequent compilation and distribution of the inventory information to business leaders, production locations, and logistics partners and commercial leaders. Identify and develop consistent business process improvements and systems that enhance Seed Production & Supply Chain's ability to develop and execute plans for all product lines. Improve the integration of the supply process of other departments within the Corteva brands with standard data structure and governance.

Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and clean data from various sources.

* Perform statistical analysis to understand and visualize data.

* Prepare comprehensive reports (BI reports) based on data analyses.

* Create and manage BI and analytics dashboards.

* Work closely with management to prioritize business and strategic needs.

* Reporting/Visualization Development

* Accountable for the support of existing and creation of new data visualizations to support the Seeds functions in Power BI, Tableau reporting environment

* Data Management and Data Preparation

* Responsible to ensure that data is collected and retained in a consistent and reliable manner to support any visualization or analytics.

* Processes and Systems support

Key Stakeholders and Interactions

You will work closely with the Leadership Team, Quality Teams, Seeds Data management team, and collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders across multiple functions such as Global Seed Operations, Commercial, IT & Finance. Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or adjacent discipline.

· 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent education and experience required.

· Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.

· Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing.

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

· Project management skills with a strong focus on agile methodologies, demonstrating the ability to understand and manage complex information product constructs.

· Understand how to extract data from SAP according to current processes in place.

· Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI, Python, Alteryx.

· Strong verbal and Written communication skills.

· Language: Portuguese, English (Spanish desired).

· Project management skills with ability to understand complex information product constructs.
