Corteva Regional IT Infrastructure & Operations Support role manages day-to-day operations and provides support to regional and local sites. The role serves as a face to IT for a variety of region-specific IT needs.

Responsibilities:

* Manage regional day-to-day IT operational activities and oversee local sites focused on infrastructure, End user computing, local applications, peripherals etc.

* Oversee global, regional and local support vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and manage vendors payments and contracts renew.

* Share and leverage best practices across regions and ensure efficiency, effectiveness and alignment of operational processes.

* Interface with global IT operations organization including Service Desk and User Support roles to receive, address or escalate regional or local incidents, requests, and changes.

* Be part of the change management team and ensure communication at regional and local levels using local languages to inform IT and the business regarding regional operations changes in service including downtimes. Make sure processes followed are in line with the company's policies and procedures.

* Ensure compliance practices are followed. Participate in audits as required.

* Implement and monitor controls defined by the internal controls' standards manual. Provide evidence of execution as required.

* Create, update training materials in collaboration with IT communication organization and deliver/organize sessions to business employees as needed.

* Stay updated of industry trends within specific areas of expertise.

* Responsible for the execution of local projects and deployments of global solutions in partnership with the IT global solutions/services teams.

* Work in collaboration with functions and commercial units for 5-years capital planning for infrastructure renew.

* Responsible for local forecasting, planning, acquisition and administration (might include Maintenance contracts) of the local infrastructure (Example not limited to: Network (LAN, WAN), Servers, etc.) End User Computing (Example not limited to: Personal Computers, printers, etc.).

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or Computer Information Systems with 5- 6 years of working experience in IT

* Solid experience in End User Computing environment using Windows based desktops and laptops (Windows 10 and higher) and Android and Apple iOS mobiles.

* Excellent Knowledge of information systems terminology, concepts, and practices, especially Telecom (data and voice)

* Experience in Standard Configuration, Patch and Asset Management; Service Desk management tools and processes

* Good understanding of IT operating model with broad understanding of IT services both in the applications and infrastructure space - Telecom, End User Computing & Collaboration

* Strong communication skills in working effectively with both business and IT - both verbal and written communications especially in English

* Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a complex and multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders and influencers.

* Strong problem analysis and solving skills

* Industry leading certification like ITIL & PMP is a plus

* Knowledge of ServiceNow tool is a plus.
