Responsibilities:

1. Develop sourcing strategies based on portfolio business requirements.

2. Develop supplier evaluation matrix criteria and conduct supplier assessments.

3. Delivering technical work associated with project delivery, including but not limited to development of service specifications, method statements, pricing schedules, evaluation of bids.

4. Supporting with the management of supplier relationship and negotiations.

5. Report writing and presentation of results and recommendations.

6. Developing bids for new projects and actively undertaking business development to further grow the procurement work stream.

7. Manage RFI, RFQ and RTP process for all procurement projects which are assigned.

8. Internal management and coordination of project teams to include:

a. Planning and assigning responsibilities for project staff.

b. Ensuring timely input is received from project team members.

c. Liaison with Project Sponsor and tower leads on strategic project issues.

9. Managing deadlines/deliverables - Project team and client communications including updates on project progress.

10. Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.

11. Regular project reporting including preparing dashboards and project progress summary.

12. Maintain supplier Industry knowledge and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and drive supplier improvement projects.

13. Support the collection of market intelligence data on global supplier's landscape.

14. Work collaboratively with other sourcing colleagues to share best practices and procurement process improvements QualificationsExperience:

1. Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred with relevant discipline with practical background or experience relevant to the job description.

2. 6+ Years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and at least 3+ years of experience in RFx related projects

3. Experience in start to finish of the RFx process in Ariba.

6. Experienced in working with senior management.

7. Excellent all-round IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.

8. A good level of commercial awareness with a demonstrable aptitude for identifying the commercial angle and employing strong negotiating skills.

9. Excellent attention to detail and driven to deliver work of high quality and accuracy.

10. Highly developed analytical skills with an ability to think outside the box to develop creative solutions.

11. Demonstrate High Accountability tasks and objectives assigned.

12. Proven organizational skills, working logical way to deliver tasks efficiently.

13. Preferred experience in Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies.

14. Superior data representation & presentation skills - should be a data expert
