* Collaborate with Business and Research teams to understand product needs for the rainfed market in the Low Elevation segment.

* Ensure products are created, properly characterized, and advanced in alignment with business needs; ensure timely availability of seeds for testing.

* Collaborate with research scientists and business teams for any special projects in the area of responsibility

* Upgrade technical skills and ensure compliance on the Company's Core Values

Qualifications * M.Sc. Agriculture specialization in Plant Breeding & Genetics or Agronomy

* Current driver's license and willingness to travel.

* Agronomy experience

* Operation of agricultural machinery & modern GPS systems

* Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail

* Well-developed time management skills

* Motivated to work as part of a small team, as well as independently.

* Ability to work non-standard work hours.

* Ability to problem solve.
