What You'll Do:
Work with internal business stakeholders and external partners in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for CES programs for both inset and offset solutions, with a high emphasis on programs that complement Corteva's core product lines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams such as product development and sales to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts. There will be a high emphasis on collaboration and alignment with our seed and crop protection marketing and communications teams.
Responsible for partnership management for our CES partnerships ranging from tactical and operational level activities to manage the programs to strategic program development.
Given the varying stages of maturity with our program(s), the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for working directly with growers during peak season to help them successfully submit data and file for our Carbon programs.
Assist in developing positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and resonates with the target audience.
Create and deliver marketing campaigns to drive new customers and program awareness. This would include the creation of content and materials, including communications, sales collateral, web content, social media content, and email campaigns by working with internal teams and/or coordinating with our partner marketing agencies.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of marketing efforts and inform ongoing strategy development.
Assist in the planning and execution of product launch activities, including events such as: webinars, kick-offs, team meetings, and other promotional activities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact our products and markets.
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
Experience with carbon markets or commercial sustainability programs and digital agriculture technologies.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy or industry experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with marketing related tools, such as Welcome, Showpad, Adobe, Eloqua or Salesforce is a plus.
