* ·Manage life cycle of responsible product from market needs identification, brand development, product proposition, GTM management, etc
Accountabilities (includes but not limited to)
* In charge of assigned brands
* In charge of PLCM for existing brands
* Owns understanding of customer, market competition and business partner needs
* Conducts price / volume / profit analysis and develops the optimum marketing pricing strategies and implements them
* Interprets and translates commercial issues into the local project plan.
* Work with Crop team and commercial team on Annual Integrated Market plan, campaign plan, etc.
* In charge of demand and forecasting for its brands, managing for aging inventory (exit GMID ….)
* In charge of new technology
* Including the validation of technical concepts and product concepts, supported by the LPCT organization
* Creates the sales and expense forecasts, and accountable for Business Case for new projects,
* In charge of marketing and launch plan, works within local product concept teams on commercial and technical positioning at customer level.
* Designs and implements pre-launch and post-launch communications for projects
Qualifications * University degree of higher, agriculture major preferred.
* Background in agriculture is preferred.
* Previous experience in similar roles, NPI (new product introduction) experience is requested.
* Orientation in building productive networking
* Strong Analytical, problem solving skills
* Stay with leadership character
* Ready for challenges and changes
* Fluent in English both in oral and writing/reading
