Job Description: DescriptionMust be creative and innovative, propose projects, plans, ideas, mechanics and processes that generate impacts on the creation, development and sustainability of campaigns and incentive programs. Lead cross functional teams to develop and implement initiatives in Marketing & Incentives Program area. Open minded, driven by business value.

Responsibilities: Definition of processes/tools/programs that allowed closer relation with the customer and end user, through the application and consolidation of Incentive & Loyalty Programs strategies; Responsible for implementation, support, control and training of Inc. Programs; Promote and Implement the constant Competitors Benchmark, VOCs and diagnoses being aware of market's trends and best practices, aimed at constant innovation and improvements; Ensure a culture of compliance, meeting the needs of Legal and Controllership; Influence and maintain relationships/support with internal areas: Marketing, CRM, RTM, Data Analytics and Legal and Finance/Controllership areas; Management of the activities of Partners and suppliers: incentives agencies, technology partners. Negotiating contracts, resources, investments and form of action, ensuring the quality of services provided; Key link to marketing colleagues, to deliver marketing strategies; Based on data analysis, track & control of ROI analysis, Budget, Forecast and accrual process for Mkt & Incentive Programs. QualificationsDegree: Graduate/Postgraduate (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering) Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish Intermediary level is desirable.

Minimum experience: Minimum Agriculture Market experience of 5 years High analytical skill, ability and flexibly to adapt quickly to changes Focus on internal and external customers Experience leading projects that requires interface with different stakeholders Experience in Financial Management, Commercial Business Partnering and Project Management is a plus MBA in Marketing or co-related areas is a plus Minimum skills: Leadership, Creation-Innovation, Ag market experience, Planning, Analytic, Resilient, Adaptability to Change, Experience with Power BI, Excel (advanced skills), PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools. Skill considered plus points: Expertise in Financial Management Process, Project Managent and MBA in Marketing. Storytelling hability. Other considerations: Excellent written & verbal communication skills along with strong desire to work in cross functional teams in a fun, fast-paced environment
