You Will Be Part of a Growing Team ?

The IT Services and Analytics Intern, is responsible for providing a multi-channel IT support experience to Corteva employees and will work closely with our EMEA IT Operational and Support team. They will execute operational IT activities as well as supporting the delivery of local field services teams to meet and exceed our users' expectations. They will act as project team member for local IT projects. The IT administration and analytics Intern is an active contributor to the Regional IT Operations team.

Your Challenge:

* Managing and maintaining new operational, services or application changes by providing trainings and creating knowledge articles for the region.

* Contributing to the successful execution of upcoming IOCS projects by managing and contributing to project tasks.

* Ensuring timely resolution and follow-up of the tasks allocated to you to minimize downtime.

* Collaborating with employees to understand employee needs and identifying technology solutions that will enhance the employee experiences.

* Collaborate with Regional IT team to drive the adoption of a multi-channel experience including tools and capabilities around the Service Desk.

* Understanding our metrics and participating in the monitoring of KPIs and user satisfaction and developing action plans to address areas needing improvements.

* Contributing to the efficient, effective, and aligned IT operational processes at Corteva.

* Functioning as a super user, carrying out user training, change management and ensuring regular IT communication at local levels.

* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in IT or related field.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to details.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Passion for IT and eagerness to learn and grow.

* You are fluent in English, Corteva's working language. Any additional European language is a plus?

* Analytical skills?
