We are currently seeking a Global Capacity Planning Leader.

What You'll Do:

* Determine production capacity needs to ensure supply chain is equipped to meet 5YR-15YR demand forecast.

* Modeling of inventory, asset footprint and sourcing strategy to provide solutions for Seed Operations Leadership to consider.

* Provide financial and capacity impacts to COG's with risk analysis.

* Identify and support capacity utilization improvement opportunities.

* Develop platform to ensure data sustainability and provide data - mining, analysis and visuals.

* Report out annual Capacity Plan for GSO with regional view.

* Lead, develop, and support GCP team members on their desired career progression.

* Support the maintenance, expansion and improve the CTS methodology

* Work close with the business (marketing, finance, platform and leadership in general) to expand utilization and improve quality of decisions with positive impact in margins.

QualificationsWhat Skills You Need:

* BA or higher in Ag Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience

* 5 years experience in international seed trade and compliance

* 3 years experience in project management

* 3 years database management or data analysis applications

* Display ethical leadership

* Ability to influence others

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work on teams and drive results
