Job Description: DescriptionPosition overview

This position will support the Latin America Supply Chain demand planning processes by facilitating the development of sales rep and brand level demand plans and will support success through metrics and communications.

Responsibilities

· Leads, manages, and/or facilitates the development of future seasonal product line demand plans and current year package and treatment demand signals.

· Identify key demand risks and incorporate into contingency planning.

· Ensure consensus is achieved between SPSC, Commercial and Finance.

· Manage forecasting process through information systems including IBP Demand Planning, SPIN, and the Sales Rep Collection Tool.

· Manage off cycle production needs.

· Facilitate pre-commercial production planning through End to End guidelines.

· Coordinate the Demand Risk Factor collection at the sales district level.

· Provide analytical risk factor guidance to district teams.

· Increase data collection efficiencies and accuracy through IBP.

· Lead seasonal Demand Plan review to align on product lifecycles, product counts and inventory utilization.

· Interacts extensively with Product Evaluation Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to develop demand plans and risk factors and align with product line targets.

· Support Demand Plan success through metrics, communications, and monitoring demand plan to current year sales. Qualifications· Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Business Management, Economics, or equivalent field. Strong agricultural background required.

· 4-6 years in ag-related capacity.

· Equivalent amounts of education and experience will be considered.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· English proficiency.

· Strong computer knowledge.

· Ability to prioritize work, working under time constraints.

· Ability to deal with conflict.

· Proven leadership ability, ability to influence.

· Analytical skills.
