Qualifications & What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in seed sales. Must live within the assigned territory.

 

Skills & Abilities:

Strong marketing and sales techniques, exceptional communication, and coaching skills. Proficiency in technology, a solid work ethic, and a passion for team building.

 

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of seed corn marketing and the ability to provide expert advice on products and programs.
