Many human resource professionals have done a much better job of utilizing data to help influence and support decisions being made regarding human resources best practices within organizations. Not only does this allow you to be well informed, but also helps increase human resource’s credibility at a senior level! However, it is easy to become bogged down in measuring every little thing and then having to sift through what is important and what is not. During this session, the presenter will share thoughts on what measurements of recruitment and retention hold the most value and suggestions on ways to obtain this information as easily and effectively as possible.
