What students are looking for in their internship or first career is valuable knowledge for any employer. This guided panel discussion of upper classmen and recent graduates will bring to light what students are really looking for in their first job and employer. The students providing comments will highlight what skills they think they bring to the table, but also reflect on those that they wished they would have known going into an internship or first job. They’ll discuss what perks and benefits they’d like to have offered and why. And, they will also talk about what they think companies and educational institutions are getting wrong and right when it comes to preparation for the workplace and recruitment!
