Some would say that there are just those that are naturally born to lead. While that may be true, there are many others that aren’t quite so natural, but asked to act as a leader anyway. Understanding the basic fundamentals of how people are motivated and attributes of good leaders is a step in the right direction of become a great leader yourself. During this webinar, participants who have recently found themselves in a leadership position will gain insight about simple ways to motivate employees and the importance of doing so. The session will also look at management styles and the positive and negative influences each can have on employees. Finally the session will give some great pointers on accountability in the workplace. Research shows that a large percentage of people that leave organizations leave because of their manager. Encourage your new managers to participate in this session and maybe even some of those that have been in a leadership role for awhile that could use a little refresher!
