General Purpose and Scope of Position:

Wilbur-Ellis Agribusiness division seeks a career-minded Class A – Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Truck Driver to be part of a close, efficient team that delivers goods and services to a diverse agricultural customer base. We are looking for someone who can drive a forklift. This job is based locally and will have you home daily.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

• Follow all Federal, State, and Wilbur-Ellis regulations and compliance
• Attend product training sessions and meetings when necessary
• Load and unload as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

• Ability to drive a forklift
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 lbs.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Key Personal Attributes Include:

• Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain Class A CDL
• Current CDL medical card or ability to obtain one
• High School Diploma recipient or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain Endorsements for Haz-Mat and Tank Vehicles

Compensation and Benefits:

• In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for the experienced position ranges (below). Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.  This position is eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.

• Driver Trainee - Little to no experience, $15.96 - $21.28/hr
• Commercial Driver II – Class-B CDL with no endorsements, $18.03- $24.06/hr.
• Commercial Driver III – Class-A CDL with no endorsements, $21.44 - $28.63/hr.
• Lead Driver – Class-A CDL with all endorsements (HazMat Required) $24.28 - $32.36/hr.
