Job Description:

We are a 110-cow progressive, registered Jersey farm with robotics. We are looking for someone to help with daily TMR mixing, AI breeding, and other various jobs. We have (and you will learn) to use Delaval VMS and calf feeder along with Joz feed pusher and manure scraper. Hay is made on the farm, but other crop work is outsourced.

Housing is on farm. Housing value is included in the salary listed, but not toward taxable income. We cover electric, water, trash, internet. You are responsible for any phone or TV.

Typically get one day off during the week and every other weekend. So in a two week pay period, you only work 10 days. Paid vacation after 1 year. Flexible on holidays, we have kids so we ask that you help us get the morning work done, then you get the rest of the day off.
