Performs as a member of the office staff with specific responsibilities for all customer service duties, including but not limited to order processing, inventory control, shipping, and warehouse support

Starting Wages $18.20-$22.00

Responsibilities

Responds to all customer, broker, and zone manager questions and inquiries in regard to orders and orders in process in a timely manner.
Executes all phases of order processing from order entry to order delivery.
Participates in daily inventory control processes.
Provides daily shipping confirmation.
Executes UPS shipping duties as required.
Acts as back-up for warehouse operations.
Other job duties as assigned by Director of Operations.

Qualifications

Ability to write routine reports and correspondance as neededto clearly and positively communicate with customers, brokers , and zone managers.
Ability to add subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and compute rate to ration and percentages.
Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Execute proficiency in basicPCapplications with ability to learn and understand internal customer management systems as needed.
