Performs as a member of the office staff with specific responsibilities for all customer service duties, including but not limited to order processing, inventory control, shipping, and warehouse support

Starting Wages $18.20-$22.00

Responsibilities
  • Responds to all customer, broker, and zone manager questions and inquiries in regard to orders and orders in process in a timely manner.
  • Executes all phases of order processing from order entry to order delivery.
  • Participates in daily inventory control processes.
  • Provides daily shipping confirmation.
  • Executes UPS shipping duties as required.
  • Acts as back-up for warehouse operations.
  • Other job duties as assigned by Director of Operations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondance as neededto clearly and positively communicate with customers, brokers , and zone managers.
  • Ability to add subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and compute rate to ration and percentages.
  • Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Execute proficiency in basicPCapplications with ability to learn and understand internal customer management systems as needed.
