Location:

• Hubbell, NE (about 1.5 hours Southwest of Lincoln, NE)
   

Job Type:

• Full Time

Annual Salary Range: 

• $60,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:

• Day to day and seasonal care for cattle, including feeding, processing.
• Assist with daily ranch operations, including fencing, pasture maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
• Support seasonal activities such as planting, harvesting, and caring for crops
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the ranch

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with livestock required and farming preferred
• Must be a sound operator of equipment; tractor, wheel loader, four wheeler, skid steer, semi, pulling trailers. 
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work 60 hours/week including every other weekend
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
