Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We are currently recruiting for an HR Generalist located in our Winnipeg Head Office. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support full cycle recruitment and the selection processes
  • Support the annual campus recruitment cycle and coordinate recruitment programs such as co-op and summer student placements as well as graduate trainee programs
  • Support the business in the areas of disability management, performance management, employee relations, and interpretation of HR policies
  • Support the development and implementation of HR training, policies and programs
  • Train and support managers on HR processes and new initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ related HR experience
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment activities is required
  • Experience with disability management and employee relations is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience working on projects
  • Ability to present information and/or training to groups of various sizes; superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada
