We are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join us in our Laurinburg store.

PURPOSE
Responsible for processing sales/leases in an accurate and timely manner for their division sales team.  On-going responsibility for maintaining an accurate record of division inventory, including but not limited to, description, identification, hours, status, attachments, etc.  

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processes sales/leases that are received from their division sales team in an environment that requires minimal supervision and the ability to be a team player with team members in remote locations. Sales/leases are processed in an accurate and timely manner, by utilizing time management and organizational skills, that ensures that they are closed by John Deere cut off dates with all applicable program specifications and captures all equipment/attachment details. Work closely with John Deere Financial to utilize all discount and special programs available. 
• Coordinates with the Inventory Manager the addition and removal of attachments on equipment at their division locations. 
• Posts, maintains, and corrects all equipment information in EQUIP, HANDLE and MFPro to ensure accurate and up to date information (attachments, freight, hour reading, location, make, model, serial number, status, etc.) for their division. 
• Works with settlement auditors from various manufacturers and banks to ensure they are able to determine the status of all their equipment at their division locations.
• Fully utilizes EQUIP, HANDLE, MFPro and all other relevant John Deere systems.
• Responsible for reporting the movement of equipment for demonstrations within HANDLE. Verifying demonstration forms are filled out correctly with signatures from both the customer and salesperson. Obtains the demonstration details and records hours of usage upon return HANDLE.
• Answers all vendor and employee inquiries, at all levels and methods of communication, professionally and positively where customer and employee service skills are critical.
• Acts as an ambassador for the dealership while working in an environment that is customer service driven.
• Performs other duties as directed by management. 

Skills & Qualifications:
• Accounting degree or work experience equivalent, is preferred
• 3 years or more work experience is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of John Deere JDIS operating system is preferred and  proficiency in Windows based programs, Word, Excel and the internet is needed
• Experience with a diverse range of manufacturers and machines, is preferred, but not required
• Ability to speak and listen effectively one on one and within a group
• Ability to interpret internal and external customer needs and work with them in a positive and respectful manner

Physical Demands:
• Weight Requirements:         Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Mobility:                                 Squatting, bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, standing, sitting and repetitive  
                                                          keyboarding for long durations of time.
• Visual:                                      Working with PC, manuals, and close detailed work.
• Dexterity:                                Ability to grasp and manipulate standard tools and office equipment.
