Job Description:

Working closely with the Agro Division Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • To administer and be responsible for the sales, margin and inventory of the Crops Input Department as part of the Service Center operations.
  • To ensure direct reporting team members adhere to high standards in the areas of staff appearance and image checklist.
  • To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships in the areas of service.
  • Increase customer profitability through planning and agronomy.
  • Provide support, make recommendations and enforce operational execution. 
  • To be responsible for the administration of the crop inputs.
  • To implement and enforce written performance expectations and operation standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You are passionate about a career in Agriculture and:

  • You hold a Degree/Diploma in Agriculture/business or related education is consider an asset;
  • Relevant crop input experience is an asset;
  • You are willing to take the pesticide dispenser certification;
  • You have valid class 5 driver’s license;
  • You will be required to submit a drivers abstract;
  • You are willing to get a criminal records check;
  • You are highly motivated;
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;
  • You believe in maintaining a respectful and honest work place;
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more unassisted.
