Education and/or Experience A bachelor s degree in agricultural or mechanical engineering and related agricultural or industrial equipment design experience is required. Knowledge and experience in the use of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for structural analysis and in the technical areas of machining, steel fabrication, and welding is required. A farming background with knowledge of hay tools, spreaders and mixers is preferred.
