Position Title: Experienced Ag Parts Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
KanEquip-Garden City has an opening for a full-time Parts Sales Specialist. Responsible for parts sales over the counter to our customers or through our service department.
Job Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying our customers' needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and cross-reference parts.
*Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations using up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
*Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner.
*Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary efforts at meeting commitments.
*Inventory, restocking, and reordering parts. Merchandising of parts.
*Communicate appropriately with all internal and external state holders, in person and remotely.
Requirements:
*3 years retail parts counter sales and customer relationship skills, preferably ag-related
*Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills and process minded
* Eagerness to learn and grow
*Acceptable Motor Vehicle status
Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent is required
*Ability to use standard multi-desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
*Ability to work seasonally extended hours during the week or weekends
*Able to perform physical work involving lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
Compensation:
*Overtime pay after 40 hours
