We are seeking people who are passionate about the farming community and the future of agriculture for the following positions within James River Equipment:

• Outside Ag Sales- Shenandoah Valley, Virginia
• Experienced Ag Mechanics/Field Technicians- Virginia and North Carolina

For sales roles, we value sales experience of 3 years or more in ag equipment or ag equipment rentals, personal relationship building skills, customer follow up, excellent communication and the willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.

For mechanic/field technician roles, we require 1-3 years or more of experience working on ag equipment (diagnosing, repairing, maintenance, warranty work) with the ability to work on large ag equipment for field technician roles. Field technicians must have a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by our carrier for a company vehicle. All mechanics must have a set of tools. We value mechanics who are able to help our customers in a timely manner, communicate with our parts and service teams about work orders, follow up on timeframe with our teams to provide that information to our customers, and work well as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail, maintaining safe workplace practices, and stellar communication are what set our mechanics apart!
