JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2- or 4-year college degree preferred but not required
- Ag background with 5 or more years of Seed Sales or Seed DSM experience preferred
- Performance-Driven
- High Attention to Detail
- Excellent Communication Skills with ability to Mentor/Train/Motivate others
- Computer savvy and experienced with social media
- Good driving record with ability to travel across Sales Territory

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established and growing Midwestern Seed Company in identifying and hiring Seed DSM's. This role is well-suited to an entrepreneurial-type personality...someone who is extroverted, loves visiting with farmers, and enjoys providing agronomic input and updates on seed products and programs. Your primary role will be to call on farmers and seed dealers to assist them in the selling process while also keeping an ear to the ground on current needs of the farmers, what is happening within the Seed industry, and especially anything that would pertain to the company product line.
