JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2- or 4-year Ag Tech or related degree
- Desire to work on unique Ag Equipment projects where you can bring your personal ideas and work independently
- Experienced working with Ag mechanization, hydraulics, and electronic components on a national or international scale
- Experienced in the modification and conversion of Ag machinery, assemblies, and test benches for testing
- Proven experience providing recommendations on Ag machinery servicing, repairs, and/or constructing
- Carrying out product training and instruction on a national or international scale
- Ability to speak/understand German language is beneficial but not required
- Willing to work from a Central Nebraska location

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Regional Service Manager for an established International Ag Equipment Manufacturer entering the U.S. market space. Ideal candidate will have:
- Solid Mechanized Ag education and experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Ag Equipment
- Strong familiarity of commercial Ag Equipment technology, mechanics, hydraulics, and the use of computer-aided diagnostic systems

In this role, you will:
- Perform repair on Ag Equipment in the field of mechanized Ag, hydraulics, and electronic components used in Ag Equipment
- Perform modification and conversion to test bench Ag Equipment and assemblies
- Utilize solid communication skills when performing or overseeing service assignments as well as providing product training and instructions
- Prepare detailed operational reports to senior management personnel
