JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ag-related Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred
- CCA certified
- Minimum 5 years of Crop Nutrition Sales experience; B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven experience providing sound technical agronomic advice with regard to crop nutrition
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, selling and negotiation
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Clean driving record

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly motivated CCA Sales Agronomist to join the team of our client as their Northeastern Regional Sales Manager. The primary role of this Northeastern RSM will be to develop and maintain strong business relationships with Mid-Atlantic area fertilizer manufacturers and distributors and possibly clients in eastern Canada. Ultimately, you will be selling crop nutritional products while providing sound agronomic advice to these manufacturers and distributors. The ideal candidate will have similar B2B career experience and will work from a home-based office within the state of Pennsylvania, New York or New Jersey.

This Northeastern RSM will report directly to Commercial Manager for U.S.
