JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum 2 years of proven Sales experience, preferably in the Agricultural industry
- Experience in a Human Resource or Talent Acquisition role will be beneficial but not required
- Self-directed and performance-driven with a passion for excellence
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills a MUST
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a real plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other applications
- Desire to work from an office, primarily on the phone and over the computer
- Preference for an individual from Nebraska or a surrounding state

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to oversee national and international accounts within the Agronomy and Retail Ag Equipment sectors of their client. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with client organizations to assist them in identifying/sourcing, interviewing, and hiring well-qualified personnel. Additionally, you will work closely with individuals interested in job listings, qualifying them for positions of interest, then assisting them in providing important information for the consideration of our client organizations.

Successful candidates will have:

- Solid organization skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including computer proficiency
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Exemplary morals and ethics
