JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Feed & Grain Accounting Manager for an Established Ag Retailer. As the Feed & Grain Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of Feed Division billing team and accounting functions between the Grain and Feed Divisions.

Responsibilities:

- Leads, assists, and engages Feed’s Central Billing and Payable team.
- Coordinates and assists routine Feed inventory measurements and reconciles variances.
- Ensures proper accounting procedures are being used across the Grain and Feed Divisions.
- Makes suggestions to implement, correct or improve margins for the Feed and Grain Divisions.
- Analyze transactions and associated margins and expenses between the Grain and Feed Divisions.
- Assist in the preparation of Grain and Feed performance, pricing, and month-end reports.
- Assists with and monitors accountabilities/goals for the Feed and Grain accounting teams.
- Work as a team with Feed Purchasing and Feed Sales and Feed Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains and promotes a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
