JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year Post Secondary Degree preferred; minimum 2-year degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years proven Ag Equipment Sales Management or Operations Management experience with AGCO, CaseIH, John Deere, Kubota, New Holland, McCormick or other major Ag Equipment brand
- Supervisory experience with ability to lead/coach/mentor/motivate personnel
- Solid ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced with spreadsheets as well as Microsoft Office and Internet functions

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a major-branded Ag Equipment dealership located in the general Lincoln, Nebraska area. In this role, you will provide location leadership and will assume accountability for all departments working together to achieve goals for the location. You will also promote customer and employee satisfaction and will strive to reach or surpass location performance metrics. Additionally, you will also sell Ag Equipment. Other responsibilities to include:
- Executing business plans and annual budgets for the location
- Developing/Coaching/Leading location and Department Managers as well as Sales Team
- Ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of Precision Farming, Data Management and Agronomic services/solutions to meet or surpass requirements of customers
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and proactively addressing any areas of concern
- Day in and Day out accountability of employees and for the overall morale of the location
- Keeping lines of communication open with all employees
- Coordinating attendance at community events to maintain local visibility and positive public relations within the community and area
