JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established U.S. fertilizer manufacturer looking to hire an Assistant Plant Manager for one of their facilities located in central Kentucky. Ag background is a MUST; however, candidate DOES NOT NEED to have fertilizer production experience. In this role you will assist the Plant Manager in leading up to 20 operations/office personnel in running a dry fertilizer plant. Employer has long-time employees. Plant offers a Team work environment focused on safety.
