ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client, in operation since 1948, is a manufacturer of farm implements & grain handling equipment with 4 manufacturing locations in the US and 8 sales branch locations across North America.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT SPECIALIST

You will be required to provide technical documentation, analysis and assistance for internal support functions such as marketing, advertising, design engineering, quality assurance, tooling, prototyping and manufacturing.

WORK SCHEDULE

This role is regularly Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, although seasonally adjusted. This position requires traveling 15-20 weeks per year performing product training programs for various audiences as well as attending product trade shows throughout the United States and Canada.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Three to Five (3-5) years technical / product support in a related business market and/or business.
• Prior familiarity and/or hands-on experience with agricultural equipment and farming operations is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience and/or familiarity in internal / external product support function.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Ag-Engineering, Ag-Systems Technology, Agri-Business or other related discipline is preferred but candidates with an Associates’ degree and 2-3 years of applicable work experience will be considered.
