A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager develops & follows policy and procedure is responsible for day-to-day operations, adhering to budget/plans, managing projects, and providing strong team leadership by holding people accountable and creating consistency and prioritization. The Operations Manager is accountable for driving organizational success through strong internal leadership and operational management.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position will have varying hours depending on the season. You will spend time in the office but must be willing to roll up your sleeves and take part in the harvesting and production.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in farm / business management role with supervisory duties
• Ability to self-manage your workload and schedules
• Strong decision making, problem solving and forward-thinking skills
• Possess leadership, mentorship and coaching skills
